Hello, I’m Menchie Santamaria, a WordPress, WooCommerce, and Digital Content Specialist based in the Philippines. For more than 15 years, I have helped businesses maintain organized websites, publish optimized content, manage e-commerce catalogs, support customers, and keep their digital operations running smoothly.

Before entering the online industry, I worked as a Respiratory Therapist for over a decade. That experience developed my discipline, patience, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm while solving problems. I later made a courageous career transition into remote work, beginning as a Lead Generation Specialist and gradually expanding my expertise into WordPress, digital marketing, SEO, affiliate marketing, and virtual assistance.

Throughout my career, I have built long-term professional relationships with clients from the United States, Australia and Europe. I provided WordPress plugin technical and administrative support for approximately 12 years, assisting developers, agencies, and business owners with troubleshooting, documentation, pre-sales inquiries, and account-related concerns. I also spent more than 10 years managing content across multiple WordPress websites, maintaining large WooCommerce catalogs, supporting SEO initiatives, and coordinating a small team of WordPress virtual assistants.

My approach combines technical knowledge with thoughtful problem-solving and dependable execution. I take the time to understand each task, maintain accuracy, and ensure that every page, product, image, link, and piece of content meets the required standard. When I encounter something unfamiliar, I research, test, and determine the most practical solution instead of waiting to be guided through every step.

More than simply completing tasks, I aim to become a reliable extension of the businesses I support. My goal is to reduce my clients’ workload, strengthen their online presence, and provide consistent support that contributes to meaningful and sustainable results.

Outside of work, I enjoy creating and managing my own websites, writing about travel experiences, and discovering tools that make online work more efficient. These personal projects allow me to continue developing my skills while exploring the creative side of digital content.
