WPLab Client Case Study · 2014–2026
12+ Years Supporting WordPress & WooCommerce Plugin Customers
How I grew from self-directed plugin training and documentation into a trusted frontline support specialist—diagnosing customer issues, managing 300+ tickets a month, and keeping complex cases moving to the right technical expert.
The beginning
Trusted to Learn, Test & Build the Foundation
Matthias Krok hired me directly in January 2014 to create a WooCommerce testing environment and learn WPLab’s plugins through hands-on use. Within two weeks, I trained myself on WP-Lister for eBay, Import from eBay to WooCommerce, Offline Credit Card, and Bulk Pricing for WooCommerce and eventually WP-Lister for Amazon.
My first deliverables were practical customer guides covering installation, license activation, and plugin configuration—turning technical processes into clear steps customers could follow.
My troubleshooting workflow
From Customer Report to Clear Resolution
Understand the issue
Review the customer’s ticket, site setup, plugin configuration, and expected outcome.
Investigate and replicate
Log in when authorized and reproduce the issue safely in my own WooCommerce test environment.
Resolve or guide
Identify straightforward causes, apply an appropriate fix, or provide clear instructions the customer can follow.
Escalate with context
Route advanced cases to Senior Technical Support or the developer with organized findings that help move the issue forward.

Menchie is reliable. Over a decade working together, her attendance was consistently strong and I

could count on her to be there. She communicates clearly, both with customers and internally with
the technical team, which made handoffs between us smooth and accurate. She’s also has practical
WordPress and SEO knowledge, which helped her resolve more issues herself instead of escalating
everything.
Menchie is one of the most dependable people I’ve worked with. You could hand her something and not have to check in

on it, and it would get done. Deadlines were never an issue with her; if she said something would be ready by a
certain time, it was ready. She handled a lot of our client and customer communication through Help Scout and
Slack, and she was professional, patient, and easy for people to talk to, even when the conversation wasn’t easy.
